Wyman is currently hiring for the Five Star After School Program. There are three positions available.

Site Directors - Five Star After School Program - St. Louis City Area
Site Directors are responsible for full oversight of a high quality 3-hour/day, 5-day per week after-school program for 80 Middle School teens per site. Director is on-site during the entire after-school program. Site Directors are responsible for staff management and coaching. Director must meet state of MO licensing requirements Bachelor's degree in youth development, social work, psychology, education, or related field required. Master's degree preferred, Equivalent work experience will be considered.
Minimum 2 years experience in program delivery in a community-based setting.
Minimum 1 year experience in teen program delivery, with a special emphasis on academic support and enrichment.

Facilitators - Five Star After School Program - St. Louis City Area
Facilitators work as part of the site team, and ensure planning and facilitation of weekly programs, with a special emphasis on academic enrichment. The Facilitator provides structured homework help, support to the Teen Outreach Program (TOP) and mentoring to enrolled youth. Programs are after-school working with Middle School students. Bachelor's degree in youth development, social work, phychology, education, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered. Minimum 1 year experience in teen program delivery, with a special emphasis on academic support and enrichment.

Administrative Assistant - Five Star After School Program - St. Louis City Area
The Administrative Assistant works with all five of the after school sites. They are responsible for the overall database management as well as other required paper work and reports. The Administrative Assistant works closely with the site directors to ensure grant requirements are being met in a timely fashion.
