Rose holds a Masters in Public Administration and a B.S. in Elementary Education and has more than 14 years of experience working in early care & education and school age program settings. Most of her career has been spent in the non-profit sector developing partnerships with stakeholders. Rose has experience working with faith based organizations in the areas of organizational and professional development. Rose has expertise in grant writing, strategic planning, project management, community collaboration and is an experienced trainer and facilitator.

Gloria is the Project Coordinator for the After School for All Partnership (ASAP) & Fit4Fun Projects. Gloria previously served as the Assistant Project Director for the Reaching Our Youth Institute, a capacity building initiative of St. Louis for Kids. Gloria holds a Master of Social Work degree from Washington University.

Lois has 15 years of administrative experience with 10 of those being in the not-for-profit setting. She has experience in early child care and education and youth development programs. Lois has office management experience with an emphasis on database management, and grants management.

Vickie has over 19 years of executive administrative skills in a non profit setting. She provides marketing and social media support, administrative program support and manages the St. Louis for Kids website and database.

Letitia will serve as an Area Resources Educator with the Missouri After School Network, working with the 21st Century Community Learning Center programs in our area.
