Jama Dodson Ms. Dodson holds a Masters in Public Administration and a B.S. in Education. Her 25+ years of professional experience has been focused in non-profit, public and educational organization where she developed a special interest and expertise in youth development. In the course of her career, she has held positions at all organizational levels from teacher, project leader, to CEO--serving in that capacity for over 15 years in three different non-profit organizations. Her expertise includes community needs assessment, program development, quality standards, human resource management, financial management, fund development, collaboration, strategic planning, evaluation, board development and facilitation/consultation. Timothy Fowler Mr. Fowler has more than 14 years of experience in child care and school age program settings. He has expertise in afterschool program management and training, Missouri School Age Licensing requirements, Missouri accreditation requirements, youth engagement, diversity awareness, quality standards assessment and youth development. He is a certified trainer for Advancing Youth Development training program and an Afterschool Regional Educator with the Missouri Afterschool Network. Lydia Huston Lydia is a member of the Board of Directors for the Association of Fundraising Professionals and a member of the Community Service Public Relations Council Lydia has an extensive background in Sales, Promotions, Special Events and Customer Retention. Her career in development includes new donor cultivation, donor retention, volunteer coordination, annual appeals and grant writing. Majoring in Communications and Marketing at St. Louis University. Ron Jackson Mr. Jackson holds a Bachelor's degree and has more than 30 years in community service settings. Well-known and trusted by many sectors in the St. Louis community, he is also an experienced trainer and facilitator. He has a wide variety of expertise including community organizing, needs assessment, evaluation, stakeholder engagement, conference planning, linking school performance with afterschool programs, role of school boards, and the African American achievement gap. Katie Kaufmann Ms. Kaufmann holds a B.A. in American Studies and Mathematics
and a Missouri Teaching Certificate. As a member of Teach for America,
she spent four years in middle school education teaching math, music and
reading with attention to kinesthetic learning and real world applications.
She has been involved with creating and implementing afterschool programs
for the performing arts as well as science education. Lois Langford Lois has 15 years of administrative experience with
10 of those being in the not-for-profit setting. She has experience in
early child care and education and youth development programs. Lois has
office management experience with an emphasis on database management,
and grants management. Marissa Paine Marissa is a former public relations executive turned social worker with an expertise and passion for working with faith-based organizations. Marissa served as executive director of a faith-based social service agency in St. Louis County and brings more than 10 years of diverse corporate and non profit experience in project management, program design, community outreach, fund development, community collaborations, volunteer management, event planning, marketing communications and non profit administration. She is an avid volunteer with youth programs and has dedicated her graduate studies to youth development and family issues. Marissa holds a bachelor's degree in management and a master of social work degree in children, youth and family administration from Washington University. Rose Anderson-Rice Rose holds a Masters in Public Administration and a B.S. in Elementary Education and has more than 14 years of experience working in early care & education and school age program settings. Most of her career has been spent in the non-profit sector developing partnerships with stakeholders. Rose has experience working with faith based organizations in the areas of organizational and professional development. Rose has expertise in grant writing, strategic planning, project management, community collaboration and is an experienced trainer and facilitator. Vickie Robinson Ms. Robinson has over 16 years of executive administrative skills in a non profit setting. She also has more than four years of fund development experience. Her expertise includes database management, fund development, office management, volunteer management and website maintenance. Kate Schroeder Ms. Schroeder holds a M.Ed in Counseling and a B.S. in Psychology. Her 12+ years of professional experience have been focused in the fields of education and mental health. She worked for 8 years in both the public and private school sectors as a physical education teacher, athletic coach, program coordinator and school counselor. Her professional interests include assessment and intervention techniques, research, and teaching, with an emphasis on the implementation of holistic empowerment practices. |
